Born in New York in 1954, as a private pilot Ms. Turco has lived (and traveled extensively) throughout the United States.

Working as a Real Estate agent in the late 1970s and early 1980s she discovered many unique and creative ways to purchase Real Estate.  She has bought and sold property all over the country, focusing primarily on foreclosures and buying property at deep discounts.

In addition to consulting for one of the largest foreclosure listing services in the US she has acted as a personal consultant to hundreds of individuals and investors, teaching creative strategies for purchasing and financing and how to create wealth through real estate.

Ms. Turco currently resides in Henderson, Nevada and consults primarily throughout the Greater Las Vegas Metropolitan area.
